Joe Biden is at it again – and this time he’s targeting Christian school children.
In his latest push with the LGBT madness – he’s claiming that because a Christian school believes marriage is between a man and a woman – they’re “discriminating” against federal law.
As a consequence, Biden is threatening to eliminate the school lunch program – which feeds hungry children – and just wait until you hear the horrific details.
Yes, we have the President of the United States actually willing to take away lunches from children who attend Christian schools – simply because the school believes in traditional marriage.
It’s absolutely insane, and shows that the only thing the left truly cares about is their own agenda.
The latest battle is taking place at Grant Park Christian Academy in Tampa, Florida.
Grant Park receives free lunches through the National School Lunch Program – but now Florida’s Commissioner claims in order to receive the lunches – the school must comply with Biden’s interpretation of Title IX.
The problem is, Title IX now includes protection for sexual orientation and “gender identity.”
So because a Christian school believes the Bible – which clearly says marriage is between a man and a woman – they are “violating” Title IX.
The school was told the solution is simple – they don’t “have to” get free lunches from the program – but if they do choose to participate – they must bow down to Biden’s rules and include protection for “gender identity.”
Of course, the school is fighting back against the blatant violation of their religious liberties and are currently being represented by Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF).
Christian Headlines reported:
“The Biden administration is threatening to take away lunch money from low-income children simply because they attend Christian schools,” said ADF legal counsel Erica Steinmiller-Perdomo.
“Grant Park Christian Academy is working to revitalize their historically underprivileged community, and offering children nutritious meals is a vital part of their service.
The Biden administration is ignoring the law and forcing this wonderful school to make an untenable choice: violate its religious beliefs or stop providing lunches to children.”
Truly, to even consider taking away lunches from hungry children is unconscionable.
But those who continue to push the LGBT agenda are focused only on advancing their cause – and are more than willing to put children in the middle of their culture war.
If Biden forces schools to comply with his “interpretation” of Title IX – who knows how bad things can get.
Those that believe God made each of us uniquely male and female will be silenced – and forced into accepting whatever the “pronoun” culture demands at the moment.
Christians should not be forced to bow down to Biden – the only one we are accountable to is our Heavenly Father.
We’ll see how this plays out – but we are walking through dangerous times.
Thankfully, God is always sovereign and forever on His throne.
