It’s bad enough to assert the “medical right” of women to murder their unborn children.
But now pro-abortion radicals have reached a new level of evil.
They are openly admitting that abortion itself is a Satanic act.
The Satanic Temple is a devil-worshipping cult that’s grown in America over the last several decades.
This cult recently took steps to openly support abortion, claiming that the murder of an unborn baby is a religious ritual “similar to communion or baptism for Christians.”
They’re exploiting the Religious Freedom Restoration Act to make first-trimester abortions exempt from “unnecessary regulations.”
It’s disgusting and saddening, but unfortunately, many abortionists are applauding the endeavor.
“The Satanic Temple is proud to announce its Religious Abortion Ritual, a ceremony rooted in our deeply-held beliefs,” the cult announced in a video.
“Thyself is thy master. Hail Satan!”
The cult described the ritual as a way to “[provide] spiritual comfort and [affirm] bodily autonomy, self-worth, and freedom from coercive forces.”
“[The ritual] sanctifies the abortion process by instilling confidence and protecting bodily rights when undergoing the safe and scientific procedure.”
“The ritual is not intended to convince a person to have an abortion,” the temple claims, but this has been proven false by the cult’s rabid enthusiasm toward the slaughter.
The cult has staged numerous protests and demonstrations against peaceful pro-life activists in recent years, urging the murder of babies and depicting it in graphic ways.
Some have even described the Satanic Temple’s attitude toward abortion as “a pro-abortion crusade.”
Clearly, the Satanic Temple is trying to leverage its status as “a federally-recognized religion” to further the evil agenda of murder.
As noted above, members of the cult have even gone so far as to compare the abortion ritual to Christian sacraments.
“Many states have laws that interfere with our members’ ability to practice their religious beliefs,” said spokesperson Jane Essex.
Those “interfering” laws involve heartbeat bills, mandatory counseling and ultrasounds, and other regulations intended to save babies’ lives, but Essex and others view them as restrictive.
“No Christian would accept a mandatory waiting period before they can partake in communion,” Essex asserted.
“No Christian would tolerate that insists state counseling is necessary before someone can be baptized. Our members are justly entitled to religious liberty in order to practice our rituals as well.”
These rituals involve blatant idolatry and grotesque selfishness.
“Prior to receiving any anesthetic or sedation, look at your reflection to be reminded of your personhood and your responsibility to yourself,” said the temple in a statement describing the abortion ritual in detail.
“Focus on your intent. Take deep breaths, and make yourself comfortable.”
“When you are ready, say the Third Tenet and Fifth Tenet aloud. You may now undergo the surgery.”
These “tenets” assert that “one’s body is…subject to one’s own will alone” and that “beliefs should conform to one’s best scientific understanding of the world.”
“After the surgery is completed and any anesthetic has worn off, return to your reflection and recite your personal affirmation.”
“Feel doubts dissipating and your confidence growing as you have just undertaken a decision that affirms your autonomy and free will. The religious abortion ritual is now complete.”
This is a deeply evil form of self-worship that completely erases the personhood of unborn babies.
But according to former Satanist Zachary King, it’s also a way to give an offering to Satan himself.
“In Satanism, killing something or the death of something is the most effective way of getting your spell accomplished,” King said.
“As far as trying to get Satan’s approval, to give you something that you want, killing something is the best way to go.”
So when expectant mothers use the ritual of tenets and affirmations to “comfort” them after aborting their babies, they’re really offering a sacrifice to the devil.
“Killing something is the ultimate offering to Satan, and if you can kill an unborn, that is his ultimate goal,” King concluded.
As much as Satanists insist that they “care” about women’s rights and personal freedoms, they’re only furthering the evils of devil worship and infant sacrifice.
Please pray that states will see through this “religious ritual” and shut down the Satanic Temple’s attempts at infanticide.
