In a huge victory for concerned parents, Governor Ron DeSantis recently signed the Parental Rights in Education bill into law.
Thanks to this new law, schools in Florida will no longer be able to indoctrinate children with LGBT madness against the will of parents – and if they do, they can be sued.
In a culture that is gunning for our children, just wait until you hear how this new law is protecting children and creating a blueprint for other states to do the same.
We’ve reached a dangerous new low in our country when legislation has to be passed and signed into law just to give parents rights over their own children.
But since so many school districts have gone rogue and are teaching from a perverse curriculum designed to confuse young children – and parents are deliberately being kept in the dark about it – this bill was a must.
Supporters call this new law a huge victory for fed-up parents who were desperate to stop the “transgender” propaganda from being pushed upon their children.
For far too long, schools have hidden their pro-LGBT agenda, with parents only finding out about it when their child comes home to share what they’ve learned that day.
But no more!
The Parental Rights in Education bill has firm guidelines for transparency – restoring power back to the parents where it belongs.
Christian Headlines reported:
“In Florida, our parents have every right to be involved in their child’s education. We are not going to let politicians deny parents the right to know what is being taught in our schools. I’m proud to sign this legislation that ensures curriculum transparency,” Governor Ron DeSantis said in a statement.
School districts must also make all materials available to the public at least 20 days before the school board makes an official decision on instructional materials. The legislation further requires the Department of Education to publish a list of materials that were either removed or discontinued by the school boards because of an objection and then send the list to school districts for further consideration.”
Amen.
Darkness and deception thrives in secrecy.
Radical LGBT activists have previously counted on being able to do whatever they wanted – without any pushback.
Even worse, they’ve gotten the greenlight from the White House as Joe Biden is a huge proponent of encouraging “transgenderism” in children.
Thankfully, many politicians are waking up to the crisis sweeping across our nation and using the power of their authority to do good.
Let’s hope more states enact similar legislation to protect our children.
Parents should have complete say over what their kids are being taught – and schools must stop treating parents like the enemy and seeking to turn their children against them.
God was clear and purposeful when He created each of us uniquely male and female.
And children need to be nurtured from a young age to appreciate the way God made them, instead of being led astray by those with a perverse agenda.
