Pro-aborts are utterly obsessed with ramming through bills to slay more unborn babies.
And while they often succeed, at least the latest atrocious bill presented to Congress was stopped – for now.
But once you hear what Congress was trying to do – including allowing babies to be killed up until birth – you’re bound to be horrified.
Congress tried to ram through the “Women’s Health Protection Act” (also nicknamed by conservatives as the “Abortion On Demand Until Birth Act”) which would have essentially enshrined abortion up until birth into federal law.
The wicked bill had a host of other practices to encourage abortion and harm women.
LifeSite News reported:
“The bill, which has been repeatedly introduced over the years without success, would establish a federal statutory right to perform and obtain abortions, including after fetal viability (under the broad cover of “health”), and specifically forbids states from subjecting abortion to ultrasound requirements (even though these are standard to discern fetal age), mandatory waiting periods, informed-consent requirements, and other health and safety regulations, such as admitting privileges.”
Absolutely horrifying!
While the bill passed the House of Representatives, thankfully a procedural vote in the Senate to filibuster the bill stopped the bill from going any further.
Of course, the vote on this bill was strategic for leftists – and hoped to show abortion advocates that if they just elect more pro-abort Senators, the bill could move forward.
We are at a dangerous time in our nation when allowing babies to be killed up until birth is something people actually consider “debatable.”
Every life is precious and created by our heavenly Father.
No person – whether in Congress or a doctor’s office – has the right to deny a baby the chance to be born.
Abortion is not “empowering” as many abortion advocates would like others to believe.
It is a barbaric and violent act – which not only kills an unborn baby, but inflicts severe psychological (and often physical) trauma to the mother.
Only Jesus can heal the wounds of those who have had abortions and truly set them free.
As for the rest of us – we must continue to speak out boldly for life and not be shy about advocating for unborn babies.
Remember, we have leaders at the highest level in America championing for abortion at all stages and without mercy.
From Biden claiming abortion is a “moral right” to Pelosi claiming her faith states God gives us “free will” to decide if we want to kill babies – the hate for life goes all the way to the top.
We must continue to pray for our leaders, that God will soften their hearts and lead them to repentance so they can legislate and govern according to His principles.
