These days, respectfully referring to a woman or man as “she” or “he” is now deemed “offensive.”
And in California, those who reject God’s perfect design for creation have forced employees in LA County to comply with the most ridiculous request.
From calling a person “they/them” to “Ze/hir” – just wait until you hear what these employees are required to do.
In a bizarre email, more than 10,000 Los Angeles Public Social Services employees were notified that they must stop referring to those they serve as “he” and “she” … and instead adopt “gender neutral” language.
The director insisted not only was it “respectful” to do so… but a legal requirement.
LifeSite News reported:
“Being thoughtful and using a preferred name and pronoun when engaging with our customers not only conveys respect, but we have a legal obligation to do so.
The use of gender non-specific language such as ‘they’ instead of ‘she’ is essential in our service to the public,” wrote Los Angeles Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) director Antonia Jiménez in an email to DPSS staff on October 25.”
Legal obligation?
Yes, society has now reached a place where employees are told they have a “legal obligation” to completely overlook a person’s biological sex and use ridiculous pronouns to describe and address them instead.
As a resource, the email directed employees to check out a “pronoun affirming” website called mypronouns.org, which is laced with LGBT propaganda.
Pronouns.org explains that people make “assumptions” on a person’s gender based on how they look – and that this is “harmful.”
The website stated:
“Using someone’s correct personal pronouns is a way to respect them and create an inclusive environment, just as using a person’s name can be a way to respect them.
Just as it can be offensive or even harassing to make up a nickname for someone and call them that nickname against their will, it can be offensive or harassing to guess at someone’s pronouns and refer to them using those pronouns if that is not how that person wants to be known.
Or, worse, actively choosing to ignore the pronouns someone has stated that they go by could imply the oppressive notion that intersex, transgender, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming people do not or should not exist.”
Of course, those who have previously struggled with gender dysphoria admit it is a mental health issue and recommend that others who are also struggling get the proper help they need.
If a girl is struggling to accept or understand her gender – the LAST thing she needs is someone affirming her mental illness by referring to her as “they” or “Ze”!
But our society rejects God, so of course they reject the perfect way He created us – uniquely male and uniquely female.
As Christians, we must continue to pray for those who are confused, that they will be convicted by the truth – which only the Holy Spirit can bring.
God has and will continue to set others free who are trapped in bondage, and we must never cease from praying for them.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.” – John 3:16-17
