There is no one safe against the tactics of the LGBTQ bullies who want to see immorality blot out morality’s light.
The left has attacked families, women, children, and especially public education in effort to infiltrate the school system with their anti-Biblical agenda.
And it’s become increasingly difficult to stand up to these liberal ideologies as we’re often confronted with derogatory statements, name-calling, and violence.
But one politician has fared the attacks and is remaining strong in the foundation of his faith.
Many politicians begin to waver in their beliefs for fear of losing voters.
But how would people react if politicians began to make staunch claims in favor of morality?
Maybe we would have a bolder society if our leaders challenged voters to draw a line in the sand between right and wrong.
For example, homosexual activists have been successful in pushing their agenda into the public school system, forcing our children to be exposed to – and accepting of – their lifestyle choices.
We now have drag queen “story hour” at public libraries, “Pride Week” demonstrations, and “informative” videos regarding sexual orientation shown to young children without parental consent.
In 2011, California even made it mandatory to include pro-homosexual curriculum in their public schools.
But in Barnegat Township, New Jersey, Mayor Alfonso Cirulli has chosen to take a strong stance against these very concerning issues.
While many politicians are passively allowing homosexual activists to teach children about their immoral lifestyles in effort to be politically correct, Cirulli has adamantly rejected this notion.
New Jersey is now the second state to mandate that pro-homosexual curriculum be taught in public schools, with or without parents’ consent.
But Mayor Cirulli describes this indoctrination as “an affront to almighty God,” adding that anyone who supports such “unrighteous laws will be held accountable.”
It’s about time a politician unapologetically stood behind God’s Word!
As a former assistant principal, Cirulli is familiar with children’s needs within the public school system – and they don’t need to be brainwashed by liberal bullies trying to take God out of public education.
Mayor Cirulli said that the new law “crossed over the line into absurdity,” and politicians “have no right to promote the LGBT agenda,” as reported by CNN.
Addressing the outrage bound to come his way, Cirulli also stated that, “there is no hate or bigotry intended here.”
Unsurprisingly, organizations are speaking out against Cirulli such as Garden State Equality who called him an “outlier,” according to Activist Mommy.
The advocacy group also claims to have a “great working relationship” with the Barnegat school district.
But why is an organization that promotes LGBT propaganda and same-sex marriages “working” with public schools at all?
In an effort to stay politically correct, superintendent of the district, Dr. Brian Lewis, wrote a letter stating that the school district “will do everything we can to navigate challenges and difficult situations with sensitivity to all members of this Barnegat family.”
And one woman even called the police on Cirulli. His crime? Mayor Cirulli was making her feel like she was “in church,” reported CNN.
Thankfully, Mayor Cirulli plans on repealing the law, but desperately needs the support of other parents, teachers, and community leaders who wish to keep Biblical abominations out of public schools.
If this downward trend is not stopped, morality will continue to be flipped on its head, with our children suffering the lasting consequences.
It is not open-minded and inclusive to teach what God says is wrong is now right.
To be loving and kind is to let Jesus’ light shine in the darkest of days, and Mayor Cirulli has done just that.
Only time will tell if the Mayor’s few stones will strike down Goliath, but it has definitely given the “Davids” of the political world the strength and courage to speak up when God is being dishonored.
Please support your local politicians who are willing to back up traditional views that protect the family unit, educational system, and laws of our Heavenly Father.
Please tell us in the comments section what you think about the Mayor’s fight against the LGBT agenda and if it will affect public opinion.
