Joe Biden’s radical attack on unborn babies is picking up speed and it’s worse than anyone could have ever imagined.
In his latest move – he’s undoing a pro-life rule set by President Trump which protected doctors from having to participate in medical services that violated their conscience – such as abortion.
But in a shocking move, Biden is now planning to force Christian doctors to do his bidding – just wait until you hear the details.
Trump released this rule protecting doctors in 2019 – although federal courts were quick to overturn it claiming the Department of Health and Human Services had no authority to enact such a rule.
Yet still, Biden wants to ensure Christian doctors have no ability to opt-out of providing or participating in abortions – so he’s gearing up to strike down Trump’s life-saving rule once and for all.
While Christians mourned over the news – abortion providers like Planned Parenthood rejoiced.
According to Planned Parenthood, allowing a doctor to follow his moral conscience and not kill a precious baby is somehow “discriminatory.”
Christian Headlines reported:
“As state politicians continue to strip people of their sexual and reproductive rights and freedoms, it’s imperative that the Biden-Harris administration revoke this discriminatory policy and help ensure people can access the health care and information they need when they need it,” said Jacqueline Ayers, of Planned Parenthood.
“We look forward to seeing the details of the new rule and are excited about this step forward.”
Of course, Planned Parenthood is referring to the life-saving legislation being signed into law all around the country like the Heartbeat Act in Texas, which bans abortion at the detection of a fetal heartbeat, and the new Oklahoma law which makes performing an abortion a felony.
Instead of supporting states’ rights (and the conscience of individual doctors) – Biden wants to make sure abortion can’t be restricted – ever.
While there are some “doctors” who are okay with taking the life of an unborn baby – no doctor should be forced to do so – especially if they are a Christian and it violates their religious conscience.
We are in a dark period in history when, instead of protecting babies, our country is looking for more ways to slaughter them.
Now more than ever, we need to pray without ceasing for those fighting in the battle for life.
Thankfully, Alliance Defending Freedom is sounding the alarm and urging Biden to halt this massive overreach of power.
Christian Headlines continued:
“No American should be forced to violate their ethical and religious beliefs,” said Matt Bowman, senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom. “Doctors, nurses, and other medical providers should enjoy this same constitutional protection, free to live and work in a manner consistent with their faith.”
The proposed Biden rule “would abandon health care professionals to being forced to perform medical procedures that directly violate their religious beliefs or risk losing their jobs,” Bowman said.
“This is an illegal and gross overreach of executive power,” he added, “and we urge the administration to withdraw this harmful proposal immediately.”
Let us pray this rule will be withdrawn, and no doctor will be forced to kill an unborn baby.
And let us also pray God will bless pregnant moms with the support and resources they need so they know they aren’t alone.
