President Biden has made one thing clear – he couldn’t care less about what the Supreme Court had to say about Roe v. Wade.
Although Roe v. Wade has been overturned, thus restoring the power back to the states – Biden and his radical pro-abortion administration are still scheming to find ways to kill babies – and it’s worse than anyone could have imagined.
And once you hear his claims about federal law making “emergency abortions” legal – you’re bound to be horrified.
The Supreme Court has spoken – there is no “Constitutional right” to abortion.
But Biden doesn’t accept this – and he’s caving into the pressure from extreme abortion activists to “do something.”
In a chilling statement, his own Health and Human Services Secretary demanded that states will comply and continue to abort babies if it’s an “emergency.”
CNN reported:
“Under the law, no matter where you live, women have the right to emergency care – including abortion care,” HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra said in a news release Monday.
“Today, in no uncertain terms, we are reinforcing that we expect providers to continue offering these services, and that federal law preempts state abortion bans when needed for emergency care.”
Of course, we know abortion is never medically necessary.
Delivering a baby early?
Yes.
Having to perform a surgery on a baby while still in its mother’s womb?
Yes.
Forcefully and deliberately killing a baby?
No.
And the fact that Biden and his radical administration are willing to ignore states’ rights is deeply troubling and concerning.
Texas seems to agree and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed suit – warning Biden that Texas won’t be submitting to his latest decree.
Christian Headlines reported:
“This administration has a hard time following the law, and now they are trying to have their appointed bureaucrats mandate that hospitals and emergency medicine physicians perform abortions,” Paxton said.
“I will ensure that President Biden will be forced to comply with the Supreme Court’s important decision concerning abortion, and I will not allow him to undermine and distort laws to fit his administration’s unlawful agenda.”
As the political war rages on – we must continue to be on our knees in fervent prayer.
We must pray that all of those still advocating for abortion will be convicted of their evil ways – and turn from them.
In addition, we must pray for all the pro-lifers who put their lives on the line each day – whether it’s staffing a life-saving crisis pregnancy center, protesting on the steps of the Supreme Court, or helping pass legislation to make abortion illegal – for good.
Other countries have given their government too much power – and it never ends well.
One of the blessings of living in America is having checks and balances on our federal government – but if they continue to ignore the Supreme Court and go rogue – our nation is headed for a sharp decline.
