LGBT activists are determined to take over every area of life – from schools and sports to even beauty pageants.
So when “Anita Green,” a biological male who “identifies” as a female, was told he couldn’t compete in a female-only beauty pageant – he sued.
But praise God – the court ruled against “Anita” and preserved the rights of female-only beauty pageants – and here’s what you need to know.
The “Miss United States” beauty pageant allows all unmarried females between the ages of 20-29 to participate.
So when biological male “Anita Green” wanted to enter the Miss United States pageant, he was forbidden – because he’s a biological male.
While in the past the term female used to be sufficient – LGBT activists are now claiming that “female” is relative and that a biological male can be a “female” if he thinks he is.
So instead of accepting the rules, Green sued Miss United States.
And he lost!
First, he lost at the district court. Then he appealed it at the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals – but Judge Lawrence VanDyke upheld the lower court’s ruling stating that it would “fundamentally alter the Pageant’s expressive message in direct violation of the First Amendment”.
Praise God!
Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) represented the pageant and defended their right to only have biological females compete.
After their win, ADF spoke about the importance and significance of the ruling for future litigation.
ADF stated:
“By ruling for the pageant, the 9th Circuit recognized that compelling the pageant to allow males in its all-female production would violate the First Amendment by changing the pageant’s message that celebrates women consistent with the pageant’s views on womanhood.
“Ignoring the biological reality that men and women are different harms women and their opportunities to compete, excel, and win—from female athletes sidelined in their own sports to women competing in beauty pageants on the national stage,” said ADF Senior Counsel Christiana Kiefer.”
With so many activist judges serving on the bench, what a relief it is that the court upheld the right for Miss United States to only allow biological females to compete.
LGBT activists claim that allowing men to compete in female activities is all about “equality” – but nothing could be further from the truth.
There are stories from all around the country of biological males competing in female sports, and due to the sheer difference in their biological makeup – these men are crushing girls – even causing them to lose college scholarships.
God made men and women equal, but our separate designs were intentional.
Let’s hope there will be more wins for sanity – and the LGBT madness that is sweeping our nation will be reined in for good.
What are your thoughts about biological males competing in female beauty pageants?
